Zoe was the epitome of class when I went up to her and told her I was upset she didn’t win the Best Actress accolade. Instead, the gracious one consoled and told me that I shouldn’t be upset as she will continue to work hard for future opportunities. Hail to the Queen.

What’s an award show without the drama right? After all, it is a night to honour Mediacorp’s finest in television. The Fetch Blog was honoured to be part of all the drama at Star Awards 2012 held at Marina Bay Sands on Sunday night, 29 April 2012. While the biggest upset of the night would probably be the Queen of television, Zoe Tay, losing her Best Actress award, she emerged the winner as she was a picture of beauty and grace afterwards when we met her.
“I am alright. Don’t be upset okay? Don’t worry about it.” The Queen assured me after I told her that we were all disappointed over her near victory. The red carpet ceremony saw many of the who’s who in television such as Zoe Tay, Fann Wong, Christopher Lee, Tay Ping Hui, Joanne Peh, Rui En, Elvin Ng, Dai Yang Tian, Romeo Tan, Jeffrey Xu et al lookinh stylish and glamorous. Stay tuned for my next post where I will share on who’s FETCH for the night and more behind the scenes at the post party of Star Awards 2012.
